This will be our “XMAS Theme Rally”

Each day: 10am Morning Tea. 4pm Happy hour

Saturday Morning: A morning tea on the go so bring your thermos. Leaving the grounds at around 9:30am.

3pm General Meeting.

Saturday Evening: Catered meal. We need final numbers for dinner by Sunday Evening 2 November. If you “book” and do not turn up you may be charged by the club as we will have to pay for you. Cost: $10 per person (pay Robert) only, as the club is subsidising this. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know urgently.

Please feel free to decorate your tables but we are not judgmental so there will not be a prize!! Also if you want to decorate your van that would be lovely but we have had to take these down in the past due to weather conditions!!!!

As in the past few years we are asking members to bring a Xmas gift for those on the Gold Coast who will attend a special Christmas Lunch for the disadvantaged. We have been advised that they are especially in need of gifts for early teens. Please note that the gifts are to be unwrapped. We will have a basket to collect these. The club has been so generous in the past and your gifts have been very much appreciated.

After dinner there will be a short Christmas Trivia game then “hang out and socialise” some more!!!!!
