The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March. The Annual Fee is $50 pp and is next due and payable by:- 31 March, 2025.

Fees are per person, not per van.

Due to security reasons Fees are preferred to NOT be paid at club rallies, alternatively just pay directly into the Club’s bank account.

Just a reminder to all members that the Annual General Meeting of the Jayco Owners Club S.E.Qld Inc is due to be held at the Kenilworth Rally in May 2025.

All positions will become vacant and all nominations must be received by the President or Secretary no later than the 13th May 2025.

When arriving to a Rally, it is the responsibility of the rally host and co–host to allocate your site.

On most Rally sites it is not always possible to leave spaces for friends that are arriving at a later time. If you wish to be located next to particular members it would be advised to arrive together. At the end of the day it should not matter who we are parked next to.

Once the site has been allocated and you have been welcomed by the hosts you should be left alone to setup your site without interruptions. Please note the members with disabilities will be placed as close as possible to the Amenities Block.
